By a full practical approach and multi-skill building essence, this course on Jungian Dream Interpretation will help you to master the analysis process from dream recollection, dream drawing, and rational step-by-step analysis up to identifying paradoxes. This will help achieve interpretation accuracy to find the best levers to deal with your polarities and succeed in your own private journey.
What we’ll cover on the course:
Day 1 – Sound foundations
Understanding core psychology concepts from several perspectives: freudian, jungian, gestalt and behaviourism.
Day 2 – Dreaming and dream basics
How to dream? How to remember dreams? Dream journaling, tools, dream interpretation basics and symbols.
Day 3 – Analysis set up & dream sketching
Dream narrative ́s core elements break down, identifying symbols, easy and effective techniques for human-figure hand-drawing, scenes and perspective sketching, “One page dream-layout”.
Day 4 – Mood setting for finding meaning and symbol associations
How to engage the brain’s right-hemisphere in symbols and meaning associations. Meaning scanning. Looking for collective unconscious and perennial meanings.
Day 5 – Unleashing the dream ́s wisdom
Potentials and core dream meaning. Main paradoxes identification, main dreamer’s polarities. Alchemy perspective to cope with our own private journey.
